At Spanish Coach, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your Pro subscription, you can request a refund.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@spanishcoach.app.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future payments. After cancellation, you will continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in such cases.
